At its plenary meeting on 17 Apr 2015, ITU-T SG17 noted that, according to an agreement co-signed by the office of the Deputy Minister of Telecommunications under the Ministry of Public Works, Services and Housing (Administration representing the ITU Member State) and by the Instituto Boliviano de NORmalización y CAlidad (IBNORCA) (in English, Bolivian Institute for Standardization and Quality; organization representing the ISO Member Body), the Autoridad de regulación y fiscalización de Telecomunicaciones y Transportes (ATT) (in English, Telecommunications and Transport Regulatory and Control Authority) is the registration authority for this OID. This decision was further noted by ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 6 at its plenary meeting on 29 May 2015.
