This OID is reserved for an implementation of the OID Resolution System (ORS). The Republic of Korea is allocating OIDs under OID {iso(1) member-body(2) kr(410)}.
At its plenary meeting on 20 May 2022, ITU-T Study Group 17 noted that, according to an agreement between the Ministry of Science and Information and communication Technology (MSIT) (Administration representing the Republic of Korea in the ITU) and the Korean Agency for Technology and Standards (KATS) (organization representing the Republic of Korea in ISO), the National Information society Agency (NIA) is the registration authority for this country OID of the Republic of Korea. This was further noted by ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 6 at its plenary meeting on 1 July 2022.
