This is the base OID for Microsoft customers to use in conjunction with GUID generation schemes.
Allocations are implicit: A GUID of hexadecimal form aaaabbbb-cccc-dddd-eeee-ffffffgggggg is represented as OID 1.2.840.113556.1.8000.2554.A.B.C.D.E.F.G, interpreting each chunk as a hex encoding of an integer expressed in decimal notation, i.e. 5 nibbles for each of A to E, 6 nibbles for F and G.
